At CES Family, we are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone who visits cesfamily.co.uk to be able to find information easily and use our services with confidence.

Our approach to accessibility

We aim to make this website:

  • Clear and easy to navigate

  • Compatible with modern browsers and assistive technologies

  • Usable with keyboard navigation and screen readers

  • Designed with readable text and sufficient colour contrast

We take accessibility into account when developing new pages and updating existing content.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as required by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. While we are a private-sector organisation, we use these standards as best practice.

Known limitations

Some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible, including:

  • Older PDF documents that may not be fully screen-reader compatible

  • Some images that may not yet have fully descriptive alternative text

  • Certain legacy content that may not follow ideal heading structures

We are working to address these issues as part of ongoing improvements.
